Sales and Account Manager Executive Annual Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE Location: Theale Job Type: Full-time, Office-based We are seeking a Sales and Account Manager Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Sales or has experience of Sales and Account Management. The successful candidate will show a passion to achieve and exceed sales targets while developing profitable sales growth across an existing customer base. Day-to-day of the role: Achieve and exceed period sales and daily focus targets. Meet individual agreed KPIs and contribute to the team’s overall performance. Develop profitable sales growth by gaining a sound understanding of the customer map of the world. Utilise competitor activity and market insights to gain a competitive advantage. Build a pipeline across product categories to ensure continuous engagement and sales opportunities. Continuously update product and service knowledge to stay ahead in the market. Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage risks within the customer base, including uptrading/downtrading and credit exposure. Actively interrogate, interpret, and act upon various data sources to make informed commercial decisions. Ensure compliance with GDPR policies, treating third-party data with confidentiality unless permission is given. Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge and passion for international foods is beneficial Ability or passion to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactive in learning and adapting to new strategies or market changes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness and ability to manage risks effectively.
