Our client is expanding and are now looking for experienced and driven Account Managers to join their organisation. Minimum requirements for this role are at least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate and use solid industry knowledge in dealings with new and existing clients
2. Be able to handle clients with varying consumption levels, all the way up to mid-market level
3. Have an authoritative and confident telephone manner
4. Be able to hold a credible conversation around Energy procurement at all levels
5. Work with suppliers, including negotiating best client packages
6. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
7. Meet expected outbound call KPI's
8. Create, develop and manage their own B2B leads
9. Build and maintain relationships with current clients
10. Strive to add to own knowledge and industry expertise
11. Be able to manage own proposals and tender processes from start to completion
12. Be competent when reading or discussing market reports with clients or key partners
13. Working alongside sales director, create strategies for business retentions

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
1. Very strong work ethic
2. At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, within the last 4 years. No B2C.
3. Drive and determination to exceed given targets
4. Ability to plan and prioritise workload
5. Understanding of structured sale processes
