VW Sales Executive
Greeting customers, discussing their needs, and advising on the most suitable vehicle.
1. Arranging test drives and accompanying customers on them.
2. Negotiating prices and incentives to buy. Recommending additional products to suit customer needs.
3. Building up your customer bank.
4. Updating customers about the progress of their order.
5. Carrying out pre-delivery inspections of vehicles before completing a handover to customers.
6. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the whole process.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with car sales.
2. Full clean driving license is required (no more than 3 points).
3. Sales experience: 1 year (required).
Working Pattern: 1 weekend off in 3 plus 1 day per week.
Compensation:
Basic Pay: £20K pa, OTE £50K pa achievable.
