Based in Wiltshire, covering Southern England & Wales
Basic Salary £35,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus scheme, company car & flexible benefits package

The Technical Sales Executive Role
Grow sales of in-house manufactured, bespoke packaging solutions
Direct sales/new business acquisition role
Stretching sales target, attending meetings to identify and develop new customer accounts
Convert live opportunities from marketing campaigns into orders
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Typical sales cycles 3 weeks to 6 months
Technical Sales Executive Core Duties
Create growth: Generate territory growth in line with commercial targets
Enquiry conversion: Convert live opportunities into orders and build customer relationships
Consultative/Technical Sales: Analyse and solve customer problems, present tailored solutions
Customer Relationships: Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
What you will bring to the role
Minimum 2 years experience in technical territory/field-based sales role
Customer-facing skills, targeting and acquiring new customers
Prior packaging-sales experience or experience in closely affiliated sectors
Strong presentation, influencing and commercial skills
Full valid UK driving license
Residing within commutable distance of our manufacturing sites
