1st Line Engineer

I have partnered with one of Europes largest and fastest growing MSPs and we are on the look out for an outstanding 1st line engineer to provide support to a wide variety of clients. I have added a few more details below:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with requests and incidents remotely, using technologies such as Microsoft 10, Office 365, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
* Support the main Service Desk Team and prioritise tickets efficiently.
* Handle escalated service requests and keep clients informed of progress.
* Monitor clients IT systems via monitoring software and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in IT helpdesk support, with knowledge of Microsoft platforms and other IT systems.
