We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our Midlands Division on our Hereford Grange development in Holmer, Herefordshire.
Hereford Grange will bring quality modern 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes to the attractive parish of Holmer. Bringing a true mix of traditional life with modern living, there really is something for everybody. Holmer is a beautiful village with pubs, shops and a gym, and half a mile away from Hereford Racecourse.
These new homes in Hereford are just off the A49, meaning it is easy to pop into Hereford or go north up towards Leominster or into the Shropshire Hills AONB. Hereford is only an 8-minute drive or 25-minute bus ride away and is packed with fantastic shopping, restaurants and activities.

What experience do I need?
New Homes Sales experience would be advantageous, however we will consider applicants from any sales/customer service backgrounds.
What type of people are we looking for?
You’ll naturally be a confident and charismatic character with the knowledge and experience of using your creativity and ability to think outside the box to achieve your goals and succeed as a progressive Sales Executive.
This role requires weekend working both Saturdays and Sundays.
