Key Highlights of the program:
11. You will split your program across The Landmark London (based near Marylebone station) and Royal Lancaster London (based near Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations) Hotels.
12. Regular performance reviews to ensure you receive ongoing feedback to help you grow and develop.
13. Complete assigned online training courses tailored to your personal growth.
14. Attend a monthly meeting with an Executive Mentor and a quarterly meeting with Talent & Culture
15. Complete a key hotel project authorized by the General Manager following a project pitch.
16. Take part in developmental workshops Insights Profile workshop, Resilience workshop, and Team Building activities.
17. IOH (The Institute of Hospitality) membership.
18. Embark on a 1 month placement in the heart of Bangkok, exploring and contributing to our enchanting Thai sister properties. The Landmark Bangkok and the Royal Lancaster Bangkok. Elevate your experience with a unique blend of professional growth and cultural immersion.
19. Become a member of at least one task force and attend all meetings relevant to your program (such as P&L, forecast, etc.).
20. Graduation and Celebration event at the end of the program.
21. Successful and committed Management Trainee will be guided toward future opportunities upon completion of the program.
Requirements:
22. Hospitality Degree graduate + minimum 12 months related industry experience
23. If no hospitality degree, then a minimum of 3 years related industry experience
24. Genuine passion and hunger to develop within the luxury hospitality industry
25. Proficiency in the English language
26. Eligibility to work in the UK.
