Salary £32,000-£38,000(inclusive of service charge) The role The Ginger Pig is one of Brighton's best loved dining venues, and has recently had a brand new open kitchen installed. since it opened it has added 11 hotel rooms above. We have a proud reputation for serving some of the best food in the city, and we have won awards for our Sunday lunch. As part of the senior team at the Ginger Pig you will work closely with the head chef and the sous chef to ensure the delivery of consistently high level dishes, and will play an active role in menu development and training of junior chefs. We use local suppliers where possible and try to keep things simple; the best produce we can afford, cooked with the respect and care that it deserves.
