We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Executive to join our National Accounts team, in our Birchwood head office in Warrington. This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Working as part of our National Accounts Team, our Customer Care & Sales Executives work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, you have great prospects for progression and additional training opportunities. Our Customer Care & Sales Executives are responsible for maintaining the relationships of our commercial customer base. Handling inbound calls and emails, you ll be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential. The customers you will assist in this role are our large commercial clients, so great communication skills and customer focus is essential.
