Position: Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager
Location: Remote or London-based if preferred
Salary: Up to £32,000 base salary with fantastic earning potential
Role Overview
We seek a passionate, results-driven, and experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to lead our successful Apprenticeship/Trainee Dental Nurse Recruitment Team. This fast-paced, target-oriented role involves managing and motivating your team of recruitment consultants and handling an individual caseload of vacancies throughout the full recruitment cycle, from client vacancy acquisition to candidate sourcing and support through to job offer and training program placement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Setting and measuring achievable stretch targets for the team
2. Supporting team members to achieve KPIs
3. Driving team development and performance
4. Collaborating cross-functionally to meet company goals, including target starts per cohort
5. Managing a personal caseload of vacancies
6. Engaging with clients to discuss vacancies, provide course information, and follow up on candidates
7. Coordinating interview and offer details with clients and setting up DAS accounts where applicable
8. Resourcing candidates in line with government funding eligibility and course entry requirements
9. Conducting candidate interviews and checks
10. Providing candidates with comprehensive course and job details to enhance retention
Requirements
1. GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in recruitment or sales roles
3. Leadership experience in managing a team
4. Experience with funding body contract requirements
5. Familiarity with Ofsted Inspection Framework
6. Target-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines
