The role of Training Manager will be to lead the apprenticeship training initiatives within one brand at a state-of-the-art training academy. Responsibilities: Performance Management: Ensure all KPI targets for delivery and assessment are met. Technical Solutions: Propose and implement strategies to enhance technical capabilities. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships to support strategic training goals. Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational requirements and health & safety policies. Data Presentation: Present data and management information. Team Leadership: Provide direction, communicate goals, and drive delivery standards with the lead trainer. Experience & behaviours: Proven experience in people management. Strong automotive background. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Agile and flexible with a keen interest in vehicle technology and industry best practices. This role will be 3 days onsite at Leamington Spa and 2 days from home, or the option to be fulltime on site.
