On-site 5 DAYS PER WEEK Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract UNFORTUNATELY THIS ROLE DOES NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT - UNFORTUNATELY PUBLIC TRANSPORT NOT VIABLE We are currently seeking an 1st Line to provide first-line support and ensure an excellent service level for our employees worldwide. Day-to-day of the role: Provide first-line IT support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professionalism. PC installs / deinstalls & move printers Manage and resolve IT issues reported via the ticketing system (Service Now) and other communication methods. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other processes to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems. Manage end-user hardware setup and troubleshooting, including printers, copiers Maintain IT areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and manage IT equipment stock levels Troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations, webcams, and conference meetings via Zoom and Teams. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Passion for IT and technology. Excellent customer service and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT support ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering successful outcomes. Passion for IT and technology. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
