Requirements Minimum of 10 years experience in business development and/or direct sales, focusing on business process outsourcing services. Demonstrated history of continuous sales development, consistently generating new pipeline opportunities, and adeptly managing relationships across all stages of the sales cycle. Effective communication and presentation skills, with a track record of developing internal and external relationships. Track record in developing internal and external relationships Strong problem-solving abilities and high motivation to achieve sales goals. Commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including recognizing and adjusting priorities as required. Previous experience in competitor management. Experience selling into FTSE 250 companies. Educational degree at the university level or equivalent. Experience working at a similar level in an outsourcing or third-party environment. Strong sales, business development, technical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to be adaptive and effective in a quickly changing, fast-paced environment. Presentation skills. Willingness to travel for key customer engagements, workshops, and events as needed. Ability to travel to other company offices in EMEA for sales meetings when required.
