Tonicare looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our clients high-end restaurant in Birmingham. You'll work closely with the senior team, contributing to the creation and delivery of a delicious small plates menu, as well as a unique fixed menu.If you're a dedicated chef with a passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for in Sous Chef candidates...
* A minimum of 1 years experience as Sous Chef within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
* Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
* Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
* Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
* A genuine passion for your craft
