Who are Panelle?
Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.
Panelle was built by women, for women. We curate spaces that place lived experience at the centre, driving conversation, diversity of thought, and generational wealth.
With a focus on diversity, representation, and execution excellence, Panelle is rebuilding the boardroom from the ground up.
For the women we know; our mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and colleagues. For the up-and-comers, the future generation, and the women we haven’t even met, this is for you.
What does the day to day look like?
You'll be responsible for sourcing and nurturing communities of women executives from Fortune 2000 brands, inviting them to attend women-led events that are sponsored by the world's biggest tech companies. You'll be working across multiple campaigns at any given time, meaning you'll be agile enough switching from one industry to another. You'll personally develop your own pipeline for each event, building your own 'mini communities' of women who share your commitment to DEI.
Your passion for social policy or a closely allied field and a strong interest in social justice will empower you to have meaningful conversations that truly resonate. Your knowledge more broadly of civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights will be a significant asset when inviting women to join and lead conversations with their peers.
What skills do I need?
* You’ll promote equity through the identification and removal of barriers, facilitation of learning, cultivation of community, and empowerment of women
* You’ll have a ‘go getter’ attitude and the ability to adopt a flexible and abundance mindset
* A passion for social justice
* You’ll be a charismatic, problem solving, results driven feminist who just won’t stop until the job is done
* You won’t be afraid to pick up the phone and build parity with women business leaders through meaningful conversation
* You’ll be an ally of the business, an amplifier, an advocate, an upstander, a confidant and be intentional in everything that you do
You’ll have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience in delegate acquisition across the events space and will be looking for your next opportunity to 'level up'. You'll be KPI driven, familiar with lead sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and will be comfortable managing your own workload working fully remote.
