Job Title: Senior HR Officer Location: Newtown, 5 days a week on site Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE Working Hours: Monday to Thursday an early finish on a Friday About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Officer to join our client. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR, looking to build upon their experience in an international business. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including vetting candidates and aligning job descriptions. Provide payroll processing support Manage low-level case work such as absence management. Take accurate notes and maintain diligent records. Ensure contracts are correctly compiled and understood. Support the auditing of files and cleaning of data. Participate in recruitment campaigns and best practice initiatives. Provide support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions. Work with new HRM systems (UKG, Chronos, iTrent, ADT). Coach on KPIs and reporting. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ HR or payroll experience preferably within manufacturing sector CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to multitask. Sociable and approachable, yet focused and trustworthy. Personality Fit: Driven and strong character. Able to handle stress and multitask effectively. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
