What’s involved? As Sous Chef you will be number 3 in the kitchen and work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef in running the busy kitchen. You will have experience in 4 star hotels and ideally at 1-2 rosette level. The hotel prides itself on career development and a senior Chef de Partie with at least 2 years experience would also be considered.
