As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR-related tasks. This is a temporary, ongoing position with an hourly pay rate of £19.27. Key Responsibilities: Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and conducting interviews. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Prepare HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable. Bachelor's degree in human resources. Working Hours: This is a temporary position with ongoing work. The hourly pay rate is £19.27. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as required. once trained and familiar with everything, hybrid working can then be an option.
