Sous Chef role in Thames Ditton

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef, prepare and cook food to a high standard, and guide junior chefs. You will also have the opportunity to introduce new meals on the menu, considering budgets and stock.
* Package: £34,000 per annum, 40 hour working week, typically Monday to Friday with alternate weekend cover, day shift hours
