You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience. As our Events Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing and processing all conference, exhibition and meeting enquiries for the venue. Selling the facilities and always aiming to meet customers needs and exceed customer expectations. To consistently ensure the highest of standards of accurately and timely customer, staff and management information. You will support the Head of Events with maximising the earning potential for Cranmore Park. Responsible for the planning, organisation and administration of internal and external events, ensuring smooth and successful delivery. Key responsibilities as our Events Sales Executive: Process enquiries and proposals providing best value options to customers whilst maximising sales opportunities, within agreed response times to all web based, email and phone enquiries Follow up enquiries and proposals within agreed timescales and customer preferred method, arrange customer site-visits where necessary in order to close sale Continued and consistent liaison with clients via telephone, email and site visits encouraging confirmation of provisional events at every opportunity. With the Head of Events support the implementation of marketing, sales, and events plans to achieve long term client service and financial profitability Liaise with all internal teams on daily operations including Facilities, Catering, Marketing, IT and Finance To be the point of contact for our clients’ events’ needs, creating a world class and bespoke experience for all our visitors including the provision of additional equipment requirements, including support on event days as required Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure each event is catered for with exceptional customer service creating an unforgettable experience Conduct competitor analysis when required and maintain a good working knowledge of the market place, trends, opportunities and pricing What we’re looking for in our Events Sales Executive: Proven sales skills with a track record of growing revenues, ideally in B2B and hospitality events Commercial awareness within the events industry Experience networking and promoting brand and event spaces Knowledge and experience of reactive sales and planning events Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Results driven and be able to prioritise and deliver on multiple concurrent events Negotiation, time management and organisational skills Self-motivator with a keen eye for detail Must be team-focused with a collaborative mindset IT literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Experience of using Momentus (formerly Ungerboeck) Event Management system or similar desirable Why join AIS?
