I am working with an amazing global organisation who are listed on the New York and London Stock Exchange who are seeking a Reward Manager to join the team and work closely with the Head of Reward. This is a great opportunity to lead on cyclical reward processes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders in the business and deliver on reward strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead on the annual salary and bonus review process.
2. Provide data to HRBP’s and People Managers across the globe ensuring the group’s reward strategy remains consistent.
3. Sole responsibility for the organisation’s recognition platform.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
5. Supporting on the creation of reward policy and strategy.
6. Lead on job levelling and benchmarking requests.
About the candidate:
1. Highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets.
2. Excellent data management skills with proven experience of providing analytical support within a HR environment.
3. Advanced excel skills with brilliant attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
