We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a team of recruiters. We are open to industry background and are looking for someone with a proven track record of recruiting candidates for permanent roles in commercial operations, who is passionate about creating a supportive, target driven environment where targets are exceeded.
Our perms team specialise in recruiting property professionals, with particular focus on concierge, property manager and building manager roles. We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships – with our clients, candidates and the wider organisation.
Recruitment duties
* Warm desk - managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
* Business development to engage with new clients
* Liaising with the sales team
* Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc
* Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
* Networking
* Client entertainment
Management duties
* Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans
* Regular one-to-ones with team members
* Attending Manager’s Meetings to represent your team and contribute to the company’s strategy and policies
* Performance management
* Setting and monitoring KPI’s
* Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management

Basic salary £40k - 60k dependant on experience, plus commission (OTE £90-£100k)
