You will manage the team to ensure efficiency, quality, and cleanliness, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will be serving high-quality handmade ‘modern and traditional’ Italian recipes & dishes, such as Artisan Pastas and Fresh Foods, whilst holding the responsibility of the food management ordering system and personally upholding and training excellent H&S and food hygiene standards. YOU ARE A hard-working & professional chef, with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for Italian Food. Previous experience of team training and management is essential, alongside previous experience working in a quality kitchen. You will hold a minimum level 2 H&S/Food Hygiene certificates. A strong work ethic is essential, alongside flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a strong team. Italian speaking would be advantageous, but not essential. INTERESTED?
