Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Monday, 25 November 2024
Location: Aylesbury, HP21 - Onsite parking, next to Aylesbury Station - HYBRID WORKING OR REMOTE WORKING
Office Requirement: 1 x day in the office - the rest from home once training has completed
Salary: GBP23,700 - GBP25,200 per annum depending on experience
Working Hours: 9-5pm or 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday
The Business:
Our client administers a range of pet insurance policies, including those on behalf of The Kennel Club and other affinity partners, providing peace of mind for owners and the best possible care and protection for their pets.
The Role:
To respond appropriately to all customer enquiries.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Handle all retention and renewal calls, both inbound and outbound, to ensure optimal rate of retained and renewed policies.
2. Outbound calling including but not limited to retention and renewal, breeders, requesting information for claims, and underwriting of new policy applications.
3. Objection handling, policy cancellations, premium increases, and claims decisions.
4. Answer all customer incoming calls efficiently and professionally at all times.
5. Act as an escalation point for complex queries and carry out investigations to find satisfactory resolutions.
