The Technical Training Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the Technical Training Academy, ensuring the creation & delivery of advanced technical service training to both our worldwide dealer network and existing personnel within Terex Omagh customer support team and the wider Material Processing organisation. What you’ll do: Main Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the technical training team in the design and delivery of technical development activities across the dealer network. Create & Manage a training Matrix for our worldwide dealer network. Create and update product training presentations covering a range of mobile Crushing, Screening and Conveying equipment Coordinating and successfully delivering structured training schools in the Terex Omagh facility or abroad to technical groups from the worldwide dealer network or existing personnel from within the business. Confidently carry out critical maintenance, electrical and hydraulic practical troubleshooting exercises. Co-ordinate & conduct E-Learning sessions via dedicated online training portal Review prototype machines during the testing phase to assist with machine validation and ensure that all new training material is accurate and ready at the time of machine launch. Assist with product application requests using tools such as Aggflow & Microsoft Visio Identify and undertake additional personal development courses to continually improve your training ability What you’ll bring: Experience & Qualifications: Engineering Degree or similar would be ideal but not essential Creativity, innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills Good English communication skill, both written and spoken Competent with Microsoft Office tools Experience working on mobile crushing, screening or construction equipment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics Proven ability to present to large groups of people. Effective project management and planning / organizational skills Someone who cultivates a team spirit with the respect of others’ ideas and requirements Capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team as and when required Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time Able to assess workload and commit to realistic timelines with given resources Excellent attention to detail Customer focus Willingness to travel extensively abroad.
