Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week.
* Ensure daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready for the next step.
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices.
