This spring, The Holt Exeter is launching a brand-newcasual dining restaurantin the heart of Exeter. We’re looking for atalented Head Chefto take the reins from day one, shaping our menu, building a high-performing kitchen team, and putting The Holt Exeter on the map as a go-to dining destination.

Your Responsibilities:
* Overseeall aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Lead, manage, and inspirethe kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
* Ensurecompliance with food safety regulationsand maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
* Take ownership ofmenu development, food production, and inventory management.
* Train and mentor team members,helping them develop and grow.
* Work closely with restaurant management tooptimise service, costs, and efficiency.

Experience:
* Min 4+ years of cooking in a professional kitchen
* Min 2+ years in a senior Chef position
* People management experience
