We are delighted to be acting for a thriving professional services firm who are now looking to hire a Senior Total Reward Manager. This newly created role will support the firm across all fixed and performance-based pay, benefits and wellbeing provision, and some regulatory reporting as well as the capture, analysis, and reporting of market data (WTW, Mercer) and benchmarking.
Being a new role, the firm is hoping to meet candidates already familiar with law/professional services who would welcome bringing their expertise and knowledge into a highly collaborative HR team. A key task will be to forge relationships with multiple stakeholders and be their go-to person for compensation queries and market insights across the total reward landscape.
