Inside Sales Executive – Bedford - £30,000 + Bonus
Our Global client based in Bedford is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to maintain and develop business.
THE ROLE
* Manage effective customer engagement, ensuring activity and sales target KPI’s are met.
* Develop new sales opportunities using LinkedIn, emails, telephone calls and marketing lead follow up
* Arrange customer sales or demonstration appointments for BDM’s
* Work with the Business Development Managers to understand how you can support with new opportunities on their territories
* Develop appointments and leads for sales & marketing events and exhibitions
* Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities.
* Research for new leads using tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.com
* Maintain accurate customer call records, date of call & what happened etc by utilisation of CRM system (salesforce.com)
* Maintain continuous collaboration with all sales managers, technical salespersons, technical and support staff.

* Effective communication skills – verbal and written
* Strong knowledge, or strong desire to build knowledge, including customer drivers and competitor offerings.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and move these forward effectively.
* Ability and confidence to promote products over the phone, via email, at meetings & trade shows
* A self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong selling skills.
* Strong good communication and presentation skills
* Excellent customer focus (internal and external stakeholders) and attention to detail
* Driven to achieve targets.
* Tenacity and determination plus the ability to work under pressure without line supervision.
