Position : Service Desk Analyst
Location : Middlesbrough
Salary : £23,000
Monday-Friday 37.5 (Early Friday finish)

Responsibilities and Requirements:
2 years' experience working in a service environment
Provide 1st line technical experience
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, 10 & 11
Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
Understanding of LAN / WAN / TCPIP
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Microsoft Office Admin Centre
Experience Supporting Microsoft Teams
Basic Understanding of Powershell preferred
Confident telephone manner
A keen interest in IT
Communication and time keeping skills
