Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Supervisor: Supervise and lead restaurant staff, providing training and ensuring high service standards are met. Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing guest needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, timely order fulfilment, and effective coordination between front and back of house. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure minimal waste. Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff. What are we looking for?
