We are looking for a Full Time Kitchen Manager to join our well-established and popular restaurant in Yarmouth.
We pride ourselves on being Yarmouth’s one and only hot stone steakhouse and seafood grill, with an ethos of trying to use as much local produce, supporting local suppliers, as we can.
We are looking for an energetic and bubbly Manager who has a real passion for hospitality and customer service to ensure that our guests are having a wonderful time. The successful candidate needs to be able to lead a team from the front, by example, and be willing to put in the same effort expected of their team.

Must haves:
* Previous experience working in a busy hospitality kitchen setting is essential, but full training will be given for the 'Rocks'.
* A great sense of humour and enthusiasm for delivering consistent customer service.
* Excellent organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Ability to work as a team and independently. Lead from the front, by example, and maintain high standards.
* Experience and a good knowledge of food safety practices, including stock rotation, dates, cleanliness, and handling.
* Ability to work well under pressure and keep a cool head at all times.
* Experience in menu costing and management, ensuring we are always offering the customer value for money.
* Report to the General Manager and collaborate with them to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
