Our product is a world first. We produce everything on our farm in Herefordshire using energy from our renewable energy plant, non-fossil fuel derived CO2 from this process, and all natural ingredients. We are the only brand in the world to be doing this.
Having launched just 9 weeks ago, we are scaling rapidly achieving 100%+ MoM growth and 50+ listings, and we’re looking for a Sales Executive to help grow this even faster.
The Role
As the Sales Executive for Foreva Farmers you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales accounts. You’ll focus on selling our range into a variety of businesses, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth
This is our first full-time sales hire meaning you’ll play a key role in building our business. This also means that you will be given a lot of responsibility immediately and have strong input into strategic direction.
If we hit our targets, this role will soon evolve into a leadership position, with the opportunity to build the sales team of the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, and secure new business in bars, restaurants, farm shops, garden centres, and independent retailers.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients both in person and virtually.
* Manage your sales pipeline and track leads using HubSpot CRM.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends using Excel and HubSpot.
* Meet quarterly new business and revenue growth and profit targets.
Preferred Requirements
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the drinks industry.
* Startup experience and comfortability within this.
* A strong network of contacts within bars, restaurants, and other independent retailers.
* Proven experience in sales best practices that can be applied in a startup environment.
* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and face-to-face.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Ability to travel for in-person meetings and presentations when required.
Work Environment
* Hybrid work environment with travel for client meetings or events.
Compensation
Base Salary £40,000 per year + uncapped commission. OTE 50k+
