We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Consultant & System Trainer to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is a leading retail organisation that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.
As a Retail Consultant & System Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's retail staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for providing training on the organisation's retail systems to both new and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on the organisation's retail systems, including point-of-sale software and inventory management tools.
Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and create customised training plans.
Assess the effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide ongoing support to retail staff by addressing system-related queries and issues.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practises to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail operations, with experience in training and development. They should have a deep understanding of various retail systems and be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with specific focus on training and system implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
Proven ability to adapt training strategies to suit diverse learning styles.
