HR Generalist

Up to £70,000 PA
As a HR Generalist, you'll provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in helping the teams leadership implement effective HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the full HR cycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, Maternity, Paternity and Adoption requests
✅ Handle all HR admin, policies, procedures, and communications accurately and promptly
✅ Liaise with senior stakeholders on various HR issues
✅ Support managers, team leaders, and employees on HR policies and best practices
✅ Work with the HR Business Partner on operational activities
✅ Promote positive workplace Employee Relations and resolve arising issues
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in IT or high-tech, start-up industries
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in analytical and creative thinking
- High level of presentation, communication, and planning skills
- Collaborative and effective under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local employment law and immigration/visa requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5
