Main Function of the Position My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals. Provide excellent customer service and support. Collaborate closely with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of applications. Contribute to sales strategy development and implementation. Person Specification Proven sales experience, ideally within the general insurance or construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
