If you're enthusiastic about inspiring students and bringing the world of theatre and performance to life, this is the role for you Key Responsibilities: Teach Drama across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, covering both practical and theoretical aspects. Plan and deliver engaging and imaginative lessons to develop students' confidence and creativity. Prepare students for performances and exams, fostering their appreciation of the dramatic arts. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their development. Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Drama department. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field (essential). Experience teaching Drama at KS3, KS4, and KS5. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passionate about helping students unlock their creative potential. Able to provide 2x Employer/Education references covering most recent 24-months. Able to provide 2x Proof of Address.
