The Contact Centre Manager – Outbound Sales will lead the operational success of the lead generation teams, ensuring alignment with Certas Energy and Centreco's revenue objectives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to optimise outbound telesales efforts, setting and achieving ambitious KPIs and targets that drive measurable growth.
A key focus will be driving telesales functions across Certas Energy and Centreco, managing the referral pipeline to maximise efficiency and conversion rates. The role includes overseeing relationships with outsourced telesales partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality lead generation. Strong leadership will be required to foster a high-performing team and cultivate a culture of excellence, positioning the business as a market leader in renewable energy solutions.
