As a Senior Sous Chef, you are responsible for stock management, stock taking, and placing orders. To work alongside the management team in creating and delivering premium dishes consistently. You should be efficient, reliable, and perceptive, with excellent communication and time management skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To be in charge of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef To look after the team To cook all dishes in a timely manner, consistently achieving the established agreed standards of service To record all stock accurately, including charges for packages, be responsible for any dietary requirements received from guests Ensure that high hygiene and cleanliness are maintained by following all cleaning practices Know your Health at Work and Safety and Food Safety responsibilities, and follow all measures accordingly To work alongside the Head Chef, Sous chef and management team in creating and delivering ongoing training To have a good knowledge and understanding of all food and packages presentation and the correct cooking procedure Record all the compliance safety checks on a daily basses To communicate with the head chef regarding any problems or concerns with food orders / pre-orders Attend training sessions and team meetings as required and be involved in and contribute to these PERSON SPECIFICATION NON-NEGOTIABLES Must demonstrate the three core values of the F1 Arcade team: Pursuit of Excellence Conscious Integrity Positive Energy Upbeat, positive energy Team player/great work attitude, caring towards your team Excellent organizational skills have an eye for detail.
