Great opportunity, I am seeking a head chef for this wonder brand new commercial restaurant with a twist, this beautiful restaurant not only caters for the general public but also the staff in the corporate building. If you are a Head chef that wants to look at something a little different and what an intro into contract catering but doesn't want to leave restaurants completely then this could be the job for you. This Head chef will play a key role working with the Executive chef to not only cater for daily customers but will also be involved in the corporate hospitality. This unique site produces all its own salads and herbs which will be incorporated into the menus seasonally across the site, I am looking for a head chef who enjoys working and developing new menus and being able to deliver them with the team. This is a brand new site where service covers breakfast lunch and dinner options throughout the week with sit down or take away options, this will cover Salads, fresh soups and top quality proteins. This head chef will be the type of head chef that is happy to be customer and client facing and be able to adapt to different services throughout the site.
