A dynamic and experienced sous chef is required to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional food and dining experiences for our First Team, U21s, Academy, and staff.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sous chef to work closely with our Head of Catering and stadium chefs to develop and deliver a performance-focused menu that exceeds expectations and supports the success of our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for food production at our training ground, collaborating with the Head of Catering and Head of Sports Management to establish food purchase specifications and ensure the highest standards are consistently met.
* Develop and deliver performance-focused menus that meet the needs of our First Team, U21s, and Academy players.
* Take charge of food production, procurement, and stock control at the training ground, ensuring adherence to company standards.
* Prepare and present food to the highest standards, incorporating current trends, seasonal changes, and service styles.
* Foster positive relationships with staff, customers, and players, promoting exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Maintain strict compliance with health and safety and food safety procedures.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a fantastic £1,000 bonus after three months of service.
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per year.
