Position: Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Manager

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Manager to lead and enhance the company's training framework. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive development of the training team, delivering strategic coaching and fostering an impactful learning culture. You will drive the effectiveness of training programs, manage headcount alignment, and ensure governance and standards across all learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership for the training team, with regular coaching sessions, performance observations, and structured feedback to support growth and skill advancement.
2. Training & Upskilling Programs: Develop and conduct upskilling initiatives for Senior Trainers, Trainers, and Campaign Specialists, ensuring the delivery of relevant, high-quality learning experiences.
3. Governance & Compliance: Implement and monitor governance standards across training programs, maintaining consistency through the Training Diary and Training Management Reports.
4. Innovative Training Design: Redesign training materials to enhance engagement and align with evolving industry standards, ensuring training programs remain innovative and effective.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct monthly quality reviews, spot checks, and coaching sessions, using a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status approach to maintain high training standards.
6. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the L&OD Business Partner on bid design and support campaign launches, pilot programs, and continuous improvement processes.
7. Administration & Coordination: Oversee attendance reporting, manage voicemails, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
