Kitchen Manager - The Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen - ensuring your team is motivated, food is consistently high-quality, and costs are under control. This is a hands-on management role where your commercial awareness and leadership will make all the difference.
You’ll be working starting earlier in the morning, with shifts running into the afternoon, giving you more balance and time back — though some flexibility will be required to support evening operations when needed.
