Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
* Leading, training, and mentoring the kitchen brigade to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to design and innovate menu offerings, focusing on seasonal ingredients and brasserie-style cuisine that enhances the dining experience.
* Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet the hotels award-winning reputation
* Working alongside the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
