This is a great company based in London that we have placed several people with before, in fact the team you are joining is made up of CORE alumni Experience with Microsoft office 365 is required as well as dealing with multiple tickets and working face to face with users. Any experience in the retail sector would be of use, and applicants must be happy to work weekends on rotation. Your role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical problems, and ensuring that our stakeholders can operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Respond to incoming service requests and inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously. Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line Support or relevant technical teams when necessary. Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring that clients' IT systems are functioning as expected. Assist with basic network and system administration tasks.
