As Head Chef, you will be accountable for maximising profit from all food produced and served. Your focus will be on improving customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business by upholding consistently high standards in menu design, ingredient quality, cooking techniques, and presentation. You will oversee all kitchen operations, leading the team in the preparation of delicious food that creates memorable dining experiences for guests. You will have excellent cooking skills, previous experience as a Head Chef/Senior Chef Role in a similar venue, and excellent leadership skills with experience of developing and leading a team. You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, and have exceptional organisation and planning skills. You will have experience of budget management with a good understanding of P&Ls and KPIs, and hold appropriate professional qualifications for the role.
