About the Role:We're seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to manage and resolve serious quality defect complaints in motor finance, with a focus on Leasing, PCP, and Hire Purchase finance products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough complaints investigations, challenging evidence to reach fair resolutions.
* Handle customer and dealer communications with professionalism and empathy.
* Assess complaint materiality and calculate appropriate redress using provided tools and policies.
* Document and maintain accurate records of all complaint investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and insights to support complaint resolution.
Requirements:
