Topcret UK is a leading company in the field of micro-cement coverings for floors and walls. We are now looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Mon-Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm
Base Salary £40,000
Commission: uncapped 3% of gross sales
Overall Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative, you must be well-networked across sectors such as construction, architecture, interior design, refurbishment, builders, decoration, and retail, to develop a strong pipeline of projects and build a profitable client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Drive Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by selling our services and products to new and existing customers. Develop a robust pipeline of profitable business.
* Client Engagement: Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Strategic Planning: Develop plans with measurable KPIs to drive growth and profit. Identify opportunities for sales campaigns.
* Market Presence: Ensure professional representation in the market in accordance with the company's values. Support tender responses tailored to the client’s requirements.
* Relationship Building: Establish effective working relationships with internal staff and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
* Team Development: Train personnel and help team members to develop their skills.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of the construction and property industries.
* Experience in the luxury market.
* Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
* High strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize to meet deadlines, manage a busy workload, and multitask.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* UK Driver’s License.
