Due to our continued success, we are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our team. The role will be based at our office in Newport. We are offering a basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE up to £30,000.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate van renewal opportunities.
* Identify and qualify new prospects through research and effective questioning techniques.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM software.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to help deliver effective sales strategies and campaigns.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing trust and credibility in Vans Direct.
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and differentiate our offerings.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
* Strong persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Highly motivated, with a proactive and competitive mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
