If so, we want to hear from you NRS Healthcare is looking for a dynamic National Learning and Development Manager (Learning and Development Business Partner) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programmes that align with our organisational goals. You ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage our Learning Management System (Cornerstone), and lead a team dedicated to enhancing employee performance and career growth. What You ll Do: Develop and execute a national Learning and Development strategy that drives organisational success. Manage and deploy the Cornerstone LMS, ensuring it is utilised effectively across the business. Design and deliver a variety of training programmes, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development. Conduct training needs assessments and develop strategies for workforce development and succession planning. Collaborate with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and department heads to identify skill gaps and align training with business objectives. Lead and develop a team of learning and development professionals, including managing the Learning and Skills Project Lead. Work with external providers to deliver apprenticeship schemes and drive the utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, continuously striving for improvement. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior learning and development role, ideally within a national or multi-site organisation. Strong knowledge of L&D strategies, methodologies, and tools, with experience managing an LMS, preferably Cornerstone. Ability to write and manage e-learning content and deliver face-to-face training up to management level. Working knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy and experience with apprenticeship schemes. Excellent leadership, project management, and team management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
